Yes, you read that right. A 10(?!) course pork dinner called "The Three Little Pigs". Utilizing three kinds of pigs (hence the name); Duroc, Kurobuta & Porcelet. This is a one-time thing at Dino's Italian Restaurant in Washington, DC and has offerings from an appetizer called "Trotter Tots" to dessert featuring a chocolate torte with pancetta & aleppo pepper.
